CCG launch new homes for sale in Edinburgh

As one of Scotland’s leading privately owned construction companies, CCG is currently best known for their participation in the delivery of the multi award-winning Commonwealth Games Athletes’ Village in Glasgow’s East end. As industry leaders in modern methods of construction with the motto ‘building futures’, CCG's latest project in Edinburgh meets this challenge.
The redevelopment of the original Niddrie Mill Primary School buildings will not only ensure the 120 year old façade of the old schoolhouse is retained but will also create a community of modern, energy efficient homes that are sympathetic to the surroundings but also reflect the area’s dynamic future. As part of a larger urban renewal programme, this once bustling complex will be transformed into a stylish range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, duplexes and terraced homes that offer ample living space and truly outstanding value.

As CCG's appointed creative agency reflexblue have been involved in the creation of the brand identity and marketing collateral working closely with estate agency Savils to implement the marking strategy.
