As promotional material goes this has to one of our strangest productions.
Taylor Wimpey asked us to develop a memorable give-away to accompany a customer focused training video. Within the video a sample of poor customer service is featured when a hotel fails a guest with the inability to provide a simple bar of soap.
To re-inforce the important message in the video we created a bespoke bar of soap which we then distributed to thousands of Taylor Wimpey staff. Working with Arran Aromatics the hand made bars of soap were branded on both sides and handed out to staff after they attended a staff road show.
